FPA Neon Tips

• Add a Neon to a custom split cake for extra pop
• Mix with FPA Essential White to  create a beautiful lolly pastel shade
• Use for double dipping technique with FPA Essential white

Cleaning & Safety Instructions:

Removal: Do not use water or baby wipes to remove first.  We recommend applying a soapy lathered washcloth in a small circular motion until the paint loosens. Gently rinse with water or a wet washcloth. Repeat if necessary.  Any remaining traces may be removed with a gentle oil-based cleanser.  Avoid contact with fabrics.
