Shipping Insurance – Recommended Coverage

Flutterby Art Supplies offers optional Shipping Insurance to help protect your order during transit. While we take great care in packing and dispatching your items, we are not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our premises.

You can select the level of insurance that is suitable for you.

We strongly recommend purchasing sufficient insurance to cover the full value of your order. If you choose not to add insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur while your parcel is in transit.

If the insurance coverage selected is less than the full value of your order, any claim will be assessed proportionally, based on the level of coverage purchased compared to the full value of your order.

Insurance coverage applies only while your parcel is in transit. Once your parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, neither Flutterby Art Supplies nor the carrier are responsible, and this insurance does not provide coverage for any loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

Please note: Our Shipping Insurance covers the replacement of your items if they are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It does not extend to indirect or extra costs, such as lost profits, business interruptions, or other consequential losses. We want to be clear that coverage is limited to the goods themselves, so you can shop with confidence knowing exactly what’s protected.
