Flutterby Holdings Pty Ltd is fully registered with AICIS and has completed all required safety compliance obligations and audits.  To protect our children, our customers, and our industry, please ensure your supplier is properly AICIS‑registered and has fulfilled their compliance obligations.  AICIS (the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme) is Australia’s government agency responsible for assessing the safety of products that contain industrial chemicals — including face paints, glitters, balms, soaps, and cosmetic ingredients — and ensuring they are used safely.  Every business that imports and sells these types of products must be registered with AICIS and meet strict reporting, record‑keeping, and compliance requirements before those products can be sold in Australia. Importing a product that someone else has already imported does not remove a business’s own legal obligations.  It's OK to ask your supplier if they are registered and compliant.
